Happiness Mind Map

This is a cleaned up "ready for print" version of a mind map I did years ago while reading a book on the subject. I started with a clean page, but when I was done the words themselves looked like a flower. I enjoyed the process and recently came across this again.

I printed my coloring book Color Me Beautiful (coloring and affirmations for women) and this particular page didn't make the print cut in the end, but since I came across it, I thought it would be fun to share one of my processes - [hey, there's more video inspiration!].

I see that growth, alignment and love are still things that contribute to what happiness means to me - so in that spirit I share my first ever YouTube Community post - may we all find growth, alignment and a loving environment together.
